- Create habitual weekly check ins, increasing being present and self+social awareness

- Fitness program

- Fitness based Community events
- Dispersion of fitness+financial resources especially tailored to individual communities
- Fitness + Health Challenges
Intended Implementation:
- Texas- Louisiana School Districts
- Dallas College
- Private & Public Companies
Intended Impact: Increase both the health and wealth for individuals living in underserved populations.
